So those audacious goals we lay down become much easier to smash out of the park.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tBRINGING THE BALANCE\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We encourage our Team members to work out at least three times a week, because we fully understand the physical and mental benefits that exercise can unlock. We&#8217;re in total support of working out during work hours between 12 and 2pm (before or after work is great, too). Some of our offices, such as in London and Chicago have on-site fitness studios, and for other offices, a Les Mills-affiliated gym or club is close by. Our Auckland team are just a few minutes walk away from a workout at the original Les Mills gym in Victoria St.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tUNITED DAY\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Once a year &#8216;United Day&#8217; is held in each individual office throughout the business. It&#8217;s a day of opportunities to connect, learn, relax and have fun &#8211; all in the name of giving our Team a day to connect as a business. United Day has a different flavour in each office, but it&#8217;s always a fun, engaging time.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tA CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Maybe you&#8217;re interested in learning coding.
